 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data & Analytics Platform Architectto join our Data & Analytics team. As the Platform Architect, you will take ownership of our expanding Data Platform architecture and ensure that our solutions fully leverage the capabilities of our diverse Data ecosystem.

 As part of the Data & Analytics team, the Data & Analytics Platform team is responsible for the stability, health, and future-proof architecture of our Data & Analytics Platform. Currently, our platform consists of Teradata as the main Data Warehouse, Cloudera and the Hadoop ecosystem (Spark, Ni-Fi, Kafka, etc.) as the Big Data platform, and Qlik as the reporting software.

 In this role, you will have a significant impact on the definition, management, and maintenance of our current and future Data Platform. Your expertise will be key in guiding us towards achieving a Lakehouse architecture in the cloud.

Your Responsibilities    

  • Provide strong functional and technical guidance to ensure proper design of the Data & Analytics Platform, aiming for best-in-class technical and integration solutions.
  • Design, coordinate, and execute pilots, prototypes, or proof of concepts to validate specific scenarios.
  • Lead and coordinate operational activities related to the Data & Analytics Platform.
  • Take ownership of technical documentation for the platforms involved in the Data & Analytics Platform.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise architects to align Data & Analytics Platform designs with the global Architecture and contribute to the global architecture.
  • Oversee and continuously enhance the architecture and ecosystem of the Data & Analytics Platform.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge about the tools and platforms used in the data & analytics platform, as well as their ecosystem and roadmap.
  • Bridge the organizational needs of different users of the Data & Analytics Platform, including data scientists, data engineers, and Qlik Developers.
  • Lead the ongoing transition of the on-premise system to the public cloud.
  • Coach the development team in relevant areas.

 Your skills

  • Extensive expertise in modern Data Platforms, particularly focusing on the Big Data Hadoop ecosystem and Massive Parallel Processing data warehouses.
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and specificities of Public Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Demonstrated track record in working with public cloud Data Platforms and implementing Lakehouse architecture.
  • Proven experience in managing and architecting the Hadoop ecosystem.
  • Ability to perform system benchmarking, identify system bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions for resolution.
  • Strong team player with the capability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment, as the data environment is developed collaboratively with employees from diverse disciplines.

  Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Data & Analytics Platform Architect or Data & Analytics Solution Architect.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of modern data platforms and data solutions.
  • Excellent ability to comprehend business requirements and translate them into solution designs.

HCM Functional Analyst

Job Description

As HCM Analyst you will join the Corporate Solutions department within Corporate tribe and Chapter area and more specifically in the HR & Corporate Solutions (HRCOR) team, responsible for the Human Capital Management capabilities.
As an analyst you are responsible for translating the IT and business needs into functional specifications.
Workload is high and will be much higher with the HR transformation program of 2-3 years. We therefore need a person that is playing a key role in the HR transformation program and interacts with analysts in the SAP HR environment, Business Owners and vendor of the SaaS/PaaS.
On a project basis you also look for creative solutions. You provide clear and structured documentation to the users, developers and testers. You give the necessary functional support to colleagues and users.
HR teams are mostly French speaking, but Dutch and English are also required.

Responsibilities
• You are responsible for translating the IT and business needs into functional specifications and design, always with an eye on a robust, cost effective and efficient solution.
• You are able to follow up on an agile development process and adjust where needed.
• You provide clear and structured documentation to the users, developers, testers and the operational team.
• You are able to actively participate in the validation of the delivered solution and you are able to describe, report and monitor the solution of problems efficiently.
• You will supervise the implementation of the requirements until the solution is deployed in the production environment.
• You are the first point of contact for users and are able to understand, analyse and resolve complaints independently.

Must have:
• You have functional knowledge in the HRM domains.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in analysis within a complex IT environment.

• You have experience/knowledge in building E2E solutions using SAP Workzone, UI Cards, BTP & SAP ECC backend (ABAP)
• You have basic knowledge of the technology stacks like network, security, OS, SaaS, PaaS, integrations, interfacing, middleware

Nice to have:
• You have experience/knowledge of Agile (Scrum) Development principles is a plus as we are using Agile principles in the team.

The 5G technology that is under deployment next to the 4G (i.e. LTE) and other Mobile data (e.g. Wifi) will offer new higher service bandwidth (i.e. eMBB) but also new capabilities to foster the deployment of IoT technologies broadening the service offers to connected cars, AR/RV VDO, industry 4.0…

The current public Mobile data core of the client is built on virtualized technologies (CNF/SDN), offering 2G/3G/4G and 5G technologies. Next to that the client is developing Mobile Private Network solutions for its business and enterprise customers. In this context the Engineering team in charge of the Mobile Data core is looking for a Mobile Private Network expert, with broad skills and experience of 5G and associated service deployments (e.g. 5G SA slicing).

Required Responsibilities:

- Design and support the integration and deployment of 5G Mobile Private Network solutions
- Support Proximus enterprise deployment teams to further industrialize the integration and deployment of these solution
- Follow-up the supplier’s roadmaps
- Define the customer and technical requirements
- Validate new features
- Support the integration in existing or new deployed 5G SA Mobile Private Network solutions.

Skills & Experience:

- Experience with Druid solutions and Ericsson 5G core is an extra asset but not necessarily required.
- Skilled on Mobile Private Network
- Good knowledge of 5G and telecom standards (3GPP, ETSI….)

The Product Enablement team at Swift aims to enable the success of the Product Organisation and Tribes through consistent and robust frameworks, tried and tested best practices, meticulous programme execution and continuous, proactive guidance.

 Our mission is to ensure that the Product Organisation and Tribes achieve the company strategy by facilitating prioritisation of business objectives and alignment on key deliverables, enabling partnerships, executing key initiatives, strengthening compliance, whilst fostering team collaboration and creating transparency.

 The Road Manager function is key to foster transparent Swift-wide collaboration, enabling the tribe to manage external dependencies & their associated risks. As a Road Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with Product Owners, Tribe leads and other tribe partners to assist the delivery of cross-tribe dependencies linked to your tribe products and services supporting the tribe objectives.

As a Road Manager you will:

a) Support the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation:
- Contribute to the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation by providing the necessary detail and status on all squad, tribe and Program dependencies, following up on comments and discussions.
- Actively participate to the Big Room Planning (BRP) to understand the tribe priorities for the next quarter, double-check that no dependencies are missed.
- Proactively follow-up on dependencies which are not committed and need to be raised to the Market Place. Create visibility to get Product Owner and Tribe Leadership support and facilitate discussions to resolve the issue.

b) Monitor dependency and facilitate issue resolution:
- Support the tribe with alignment on priorities and facilitation of cross-tribe dependencies and impediments.
- Keep the dependency list up-to-date and proactively share cross-tribe dependencies to tribe stakeholders.
- For programs, collaborate with Program Managers and play the role of entry door to the tribe for orienting demand to the relevant PO.
- Network with other tribe partners and Road Managers colleagues to ensure a coherent flow of information.

c) Support Major Programs
- Act as the entry door of your tribe for program managers driving strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate monitoring of your tribe progress, risks and issues.
- Proactively share program status with the tribe stakeholders on a recurrent basis and raise concerns to PO, TL when need be.

d) Facilitate (cross-)tribe initiatives
- Facilitate and oversee initiatives with involved POs and other support roles until implementation.
- Provide with transparent status & reporting leveraging the data in Jira.

e) RM organization - owner of the Dependency Management practice:
- Dependency Management - Maintain the cross-tribe dependency management practice used in all tribes aligning as well with other similar practices in the organization.
- Maintain the Product Roadmap, outlining the company strategic priorities as a tool to help tribe prioritization of short-term activities.
- Streamline communication and identify potential process improvements.

What will make you successful as a Road Manager:

a) Experience & Education
- University degree or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant experience within the area of IT product development, IT Project Management and/or an area of similar complexity.
